Seaweed FertilizerAscophyllum nodosum
This is for gardeners. Ascophyllum contains potent concentrations of trace minerals, micronutrients, amino acids and vitamins that stimulate the growth of plants, - but most important, ascophyllum contains growth hormones, including cytokinins, auxins, and gibberellins, which stimulate cell division and larger root systems. Research and field trials have confirmed the role of ascophyllum in increased crop yields, drought resistance and stress recovery. You may also find your plants are more frost hardy. Use chopped ascophyllum as mulch addition at the rate of at least 25 lbs. per 200 square feet, or as an addition to the compost pile.
