Ingredients
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small sweet onionchopped
  • 1 carrotgrated or chopped
  • 3 cloves garlicminced
  • Thymeto taste
  • 1/2cup Kelp (soaked)chopped
  • 3cups warm cooked brown rice
  • sea saltto taste
  • Cayenne or fresh grated gingerto taste
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Warm the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, carrot,and garlic.
  3. Sprinkle with thyme, cook for 5 minutes or until softened.
  4. Stir in the kelp and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice, stir in the ginger or cayenne, sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
