Ingredients
  • 2 pears(you can substitute apples)
  • lemon juice
  • 2stalks celerydiced
  • 1 carrotgrated
  • 1/2cup cup dry-roasted nuts or seeds(pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, or sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2cup dry Dulsecut into small pieces
  • 1-2tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1tsp umeboshi vinegar(or brown rice vinegar and a dash of salt)
Instructions
  1. Chop pears into ½” pieces. Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning. Add celery, carrots, nuts or seeds (chopped coarsely if desired) and dulse. Combine with mayonnaise and umeboshi vinegar to taste.
