1/2cupcup dry-roasted nuts or seeds(pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, or sunflower seeds)
1/2cupdry Dulsecut into small pieces
1-2tbspmayonnaise
1tspumeboshi vinegar(or brown rice vinegar and a dash of salt)
Instructions
Chop pears into ½” pieces. Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Add celery, carrots, nuts or seeds (chopped coarsely if desired) and
dulse. Combine with mayonnaise and umeboshi vinegar to taste.
