This delicious combination is a warming mix of seaweeds with freshly harvested ginger and turmeric roots grown at our apprentice’s family farm in Maryland. Included are 1 pound of Soup Mix, ½ pound of dulse, 1 ounce of nori and fresh roots of ginger and turmeric. We will also include a set of recipes that use either fresh ginger, fresh turmeric or both!
